They sold me a used car less than 3 months ago and every time I turn around I have to have something fixed. I understand as is, but they outright lied about the car. These people are not to be trusted.

I normally do not write reviews, however, I feel I need to share my experience here. My daughter and I stopped in with no intention of buying. I just wanted to sit in one of their SUVs. Long story short, I drove out in a brand new vehicle. And the reason why was that sales consultants Gary Krise and Trevor went over and above in the whole buying process. 2nd time around getting a car and still not disappointed with the service! They go above and beyond to make sure they get you in what you want! Wendy and DJ were excellent in their customer service needs, and I recommend anyone to at least see what they can do for you if you need a new car!
I just bought my new car from Joshua Vandiver at Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman, AL. It was such a great experience there. I had just spent hours at another dealership when I came to meet Josh. He took the time to ask what I needed, make suggestions, and then show me the features of each vehicle. He kept offering me drinks and even stayed two hours past closing to make sure I had everything situated. He made me feel valued and like I was his top priority.
