Michael Crider sold me an Armada and we love it
The sales person was very friendly and I enjoyed the customer service he provided but the sales manager was rude. He took an accusatory tone with me because I tried negotiating the price they had listed on a vehicle down by $1000. All he had to say was no there was no reason to act like I was doing something underhanded simply because I wanted to see if it was possible to get a discount on the price they had listed online.

Fantastic! My 45K maintenance. 2015 Nissan Rogue. The young man at the Service Desk, sorry do not know his name, has personality plus. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am and I was in and out in about 30 - 45 minutes. Not sure exactly because I was comfortable drinking fresh coffee and reading a book. I will continue to bring my car here and would tell anyone else to do the same.
