I’ve been to this lot 4 times with no help. Today I called and a salesman named Will Johnson told me if I really wanted to buy a truck I would come in and wait. I told him I was a customer and he said no sir you are a trouble maker calling to get someone in trouble and get something for free. Then he told me I could not afford a vehicle at their lot and if I could I would drive my old Kia or whatever else I drive down there and get one. I have not been to this dealership but keep getting junk mail from them. I called to ask them to please remove me from their list and guess what. They have a 3rd party mailing out the stuff when I asked the name of the company that does the mailing I got "I don't know"! I was told to go to the post office. If that is how they handle a trivial problem like that I hate to see how major ones are handled! When I go looking for my new car later this year it certainly won't be at Tony Serra of Cullman!
