Wow I have to say that I will no longer be using Tony Serra. Shan Bell was one of the reasons I was willing to go there since I trusted her and knew she would do me right. Mikey in service was the only reason I continued to go there because he made you feel like you really mattered. When a company doesn't value their employees it will hurt them in the long run.
