Wow I have to say that I will no longer be using Tony Serra. Shan Bell was one of the reasons I was willing to go there since I trusted her and knew she would do me right. Mikey in service was the only reason I continued to go there because he made you feel like you really mattered. When a company doesn't value their employees it will hurt them in the long run. We purchased a vehicle today, been working with Mike Crider and feel like we got a good deal. We have confidence in Nissan from experience, we still have a Pathfinder that we bought new in 1999, it is nearing 270,000 miles and has never once left us stranded.
