I came to Tom Wood Subaru in search for a 2019 CrossTrek for a reasonable price that fit in my budget. Jerremy (yes, with two r's) helped me find a car that worked with my budget and answered all my questions I had! Purchased our first Outback from Glen back in 2015 and after being in an accident that totaled that vehicle, we just purchased our second today from Lou. I will drive the 1.5 hours for their superior customer service for just an oil change. They have been honest and fair with pricing and easy to work with. I am a customer for life (but hope to keep this vehicle longer than three years).
Nice facility, even in the middle of that stupid "world's largest roundabout consrt. you were able to take of my svc needs. You are open on Saturdays, excellent not everyone has the time or wishes to deal with the traffic during the week. Will bring my vehicle here from now on and will give you a chance to sell me my 3rd Subaru when that time comes...B)
