A year ago, I brought my car in because my floor was wet when it rained. They told me it was the Indiana weather. I let it go, blamed it on the high wind. A year later every time it rains, it rains in my car. We have started taping my sunroof closed and my car now has mold and mildew in the carpet which I’m highly allergic too. This is my 1st Subaru. I bought a new 2019 Outback 3.6 R. Peyton was an easy to work with Salesperson, being a business owner/Salesman I don't like the typical car sales transaction. Tom Wood/Peryton was very easy going, and also followed thru with what they said, no high pressure tactics, as I would have walked out and never went back. So far I really like my Outback, although I have only put 100 miles of the 150,000 I plan to put on it.
Greg Begley at Tom Wood Subaru really helped me find the perfect car! He really did deliver world class service! I couldn’t be happier with the services I received at Tom Wood. Greg also came in on his day off to help me get my car set up after the detailing which was just above and beyond what a salesperson should do for their client. i am officially a Subaru family member for life and I have Greg to thank for that!

Bad experience. Salesman acted like he just don’t care. Severely LOWBALLED us on our trade. Came up with every poor excuse in the book. Went right down the road,and a few hours later,got a fair acceptable trade in offer,and drove home with a very nice van.
