Oof. Where to begin. Took car to Tom Wood Subaru (60 minutes away) because I thought Bob Rohrman (15 minutes away) service center’s customer service was so bad. I was wrong. Was planning on looking to trade with them, but not now. Left a message with supervisor Jerry W., who never called me back. Don’t have Kyle manage your car service.
