Overall my experience was super as always. Just a few disappointments. I took my car in for inside detailing. I asked that an old sticker be removed from inside windshield. Not done. I asked that sticker glue remains on center console above radio be removed. Not done. I expected that for $113 I would have gotten a free car wash like I do when I get my oil change. Not done.
I had such a great experience in my recent purchase here at Tom Wood Subaru! My salesman, Peyton Dorsey, was super helpful and patient. And I got the same level of support, friendliness and courtesy from the finance manager, receptionist and even lot inventory manager, Raymond. And the cars overall were the best I saw in my search for a good, low-priced used car. It's hard to tell the car I purchased, a 2013, from new, it was so clean and quiet. I highly recommend this dealership.
