I took my outback in for the takata recall. Appt was set at 9:30 on Thursday. They gave me a rental car which was cool. Went back very late afternoon only to find out they hadn't even started on it and it would be worked on the next day. i would have thought they could have told me up front that this could happen. Waited most of the day for a phone call. Finally called me around 2PM and told me they were required to do some inspections and found I needed rear brakes. The Service department intake is not efficient. I have used Subaru dealers in other states and your intake is the slowest and least efficient of the three I frequent. Fir an excellent experience contact Larry Miller in Boise, Idaho.

I highly recommend Tom Wood Subaru. I bought my 2018 Forester there 3 years ago. My salesman was the most knowledgeable car salesperson I’ve ever spoken to and I have had all maintenance done there. Everyone in the service department has been great!
