I just had another wonderful experience at Tom Wood. I rolled in to the lot with a flat tire at 4:45 in the afternoon, no appointment. They were friendly and managed to put on a new tire and take care of a needed oil change in record time and at an excellent price. And - so friendly. I couldn’t be happier.
They are running out of "last chances" with us. My wife made an online appointment for an oil change on a 2018 Crosstrek and in the comments section said she would also like a heater motor which squeaks examined...and we were still having issues with the radio after a previous software update several months ago. They changed the oil...and without asking her...automatically charged $60+ for a new cabin air filter (parts & labor). Good service department but recently had points in my reward program which I could have used to offset some of my cost, and this was not pointed out to me. I enquired right after I paid and was told it was too late to use but could next time.
The appointment time / date was honored and the work completed as planned
My husband and I just went and visited Tom Wood this past Saturday and walked away with a 2019 forest sport after doing business with Bob rohrman for 3+ years. From the moment I spoke with Greg on the phone until the moment we walked out of the door and even since we've bought my car we have been treated very good by ALL of the staff!
