Had an excellent experience buying a car for my daughter. The sales person, Peyton Dorsey, was very helpful in showing the inventory, patiently explaining different options and providing useful info for my daughter on various features. He went out of his way in getting a good deal for us. It is the fisrt car for my daughter. We also had a picture with a bow on the car! Made our buying experience a very pleasant one.
We live in Lafayette and have shopped the local Subaru dealership many times. We decided to try Tom Woods Subaru. My husband had a few phone calls with Lou Cavallari (a.k.a “The Greatest Car Salesman EVER”) ahead of time to discuss what we were looking for. Purchased a 2018 Crosstrek from Tom Wood Subaru last week. Peyton was our sales associate and he was top notch. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless and easy. Everyone we came in contact with was great. Was back today to get our front windows tinted and they fit me in a day after I inquired about it and was in and out in about an hour. Amazing personal service so far! Thanks to everyone!

I had an awesome experience at Tom Wood Subaru! My sales rep, Daniel DeArmond was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked to get me into the car I wanted and then did a follow up call after I left to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
In for an oil change Saturday and tire rotation. Wilford was very helpful courteous explained s couple questions I had . I ate lunch the job was done I asked if I could come back and pick it up in 2 hours you said yes Wilford explained my bill . Thank you BTW that's a great coffee machine and glad you are dog friendly
