After speaking with a different state farm agent, they informed me that Diane is full of it and she lied to me about the insurance coverage. She has some major mental problems and began stalking me and denying to give me a quote while misrepresenting State Farm Insurance. A more reliable and professional agent simply asked me to send a Declaration Page of my current insurance so he can give me a quote. This company does not care about the consumer. They will cherry pick verbiage in their policy while ignoring full paragraphs. The reps they send out to determine the damage are only trained to deny the claim and are rewarded for doing so. This company needs to be sued for Insurance fraud and needs to be shut down.

BEWARE of StateFarm! I agree with all the “negative” comments here as well as other sites! They have an average 1.9% customer rating on several sites I’ve searched and NOW I know why! As soon as we had a severe accident that was DEEMED NOT our fault by the police AND StateFarm, we now found out they are dropping us! The sick thing is they get ALL their money back from the at fault drivers insurance…yet they decided WE were “too risky” ?! Now, I have less than 2 weeks to race and find a new company..which is NOT looking great... read more

I reported a claim to State Farm on 9/23/2022. Today is 10/10/22 and I still have not heard from State Farm. I would say they are lacking in customer service, but there has been no service at all! I'll give them another day and then I will see if the ** Insurance Commissioner can get them moving.

Was hit by a driver arrested for dui and driving without a valid drivers license. Due to minimal coverage by liable party I had to file a claim with State Farm, my insurance provider. It has been 6 weeks since my accident. My vehicle is so new State Farm wants to repair it and not total loss the claim. My vehicle has major damage to frame and structure which will cause a huge loss of value on such a new vehicle. Been with State Farm for 5 years and never had a issue with with Receiving my bill till last year when they was changing book and agents I never got my bill form them last year when I was working on the road they told me I should have updated my address when I was on the road I had no insurance for 6 months then they want to change you a arm and a leg to get new insurance

I have been fighting with them for over a week to get the paperwork to sign off on getting my settlement after their driver totalled my car. Every time they told me the paperwork was on the way, I never received it. Now that I have received and sent back, I am still waiting on my settlement. I need that to get my new car. Since I do not have it, I do not have a car and they wanted me to pay out of pocket to extend my rental. Why should I? Now I will have to **** to work until they get my settlement to me. Statefarm is worst insurance company in nation ...I wouldn't recommend them for bicycle coverage ....we lost everything in house fire ..sept of 2022 ...they treating us like we are criminals ....shame on you statefarm ....no communication or compassionate at ....just a number ..all most month haven't got first dime of loss of use pay ....they don't care ....when they say we are investigating your claim .....that means they looking for ways not to pay you ......********!

A woman who works at the Margy Gray office in *******, ** ran into the drivers side of my car in a parking lot while I was not moving in May of 2022. She seemed very nice and said she misjudged the amount of space and said she’d report it when she got to work. THAT WAS FAR FROM THE TRUTH.
