State farm is not the insurance to use. I got into and accident at 730pm call for tow submitted the claim now it's 630am the next day still no tow with children on the side of the Rd. I've Made about 50 different calls literally to still not have nothing done. Everyone keep transferring me or say they setting it up but still no tow. Would give 0 if I could. 20 years with them and Ken in claims mgmt treated me like a criminal. He was smarmy and rude, dishonest and misogynistic. Mansplained and spoke over me and giggled when I said I was leaving and encouraging others to do the same. I had to pull the “sir, I’m speaking” more than once. I have been fighting with these people for over 3 weeks after Ian destroyed my car. I had a new transmission put in 2014. I bought my car in 2013. they ask me how many miles I have on my car. I said I don't know you took my car. they gave me an offer and I turned it down and said my car is worth more. told them to do a review and tell them to look it over again. they told me ok. few days go by they say they can't do a review. I had an issue and needed to have roadside assistance for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the online app would not take my policy number. I ended up calling my agent to confirm that I did have the coverage and was given the proper policy number to input for roadside assistance however the app still did not work for me. I ended up having to call and speak with a person, I didn't get her name but she was absolutely delightful! A few months back I was violently struck by a woman in a car that pulled a gun on me and being that the woman is tied to law enforcement in some family way nothing was done by the police and the way the cop friend of the woman wrote the report, State Farm’s insurance adjuster denied my claim because the woman lied to the cops but everything should have been reported on their body cameras. . I submitted an estimate from a repair shop after they tried to offer me 1000. The repair shop estimate is 3047.00. I sent them the detailed estimate. They then tried to send me 2389.99. I refused that offer because that is not what the shop is changing ME for repairs. When I called back I just keep getting the runaround. This process is so mentally stressful. They need to pay out what is owed. Stop trying to lowball people.

I have a claim and trying to resolve issue, other driver didn't have insurance and State Farm change their decision over weekend! When I asked for more info as i have right to know, instead I've being treated like trash and yelled and they hangup on me! I have agent telling me quoting "i am color blind " and he is actually working in claim department. I am serious and not making things up! Never being treated like this and no one is willing to help, I'm switching company asap!
Im disappointed in this company. I'm writing a complaint on behalf my spouse & myself. My spouse is an ordained minister & over an entire church, gym, fellowship hall, cemetery, & all church property. He is also maintenance. His time is very valuable.
