Last night my family went to The Next Big Thing to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. The state farm tent seemed fun and cool until the GROWN MEN started arguing with my son about whey he could have a toy fan. I did promotions for years and never would have considered treating people like that. Please think twice about who you send to events in the future. These guys did not do your company justice.
Had an accident in my 2021 BMW 330i and STATEFARM tells the shop that is working on my vehicle that the insurance company wants the shop to use junk yard parts to fix the damages on a new vehicle. STATEFARM is a major insurance company that just displayed that quality of service they provide. This is the worst experience i have ever had with any insurance company. The ought to be ashamed pf themselves and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this insurance company to anyone.
WORST experience with an insurance Company in my 33 years of driving and I used to be a State Farm customer (never will be again). I was involved in an accident (no fault of my own, the State Farm driver got a ticket for the accident). Since the State Farm customer was clearly at fault, I filed the claim myself with State Farm instead of going through my insurance Company so I'm not out my deductible for several months. State Farm via Tim ***** is a scammer.....they take advantage of african American policyholders.
Our families been with State Farm for over 40 years. Two offices had retired on us and the last office they moved us to has been very unhelpful. My daughter had been in an accident in May, her car bumper was hanging down and she could not remove it so she had used 2 metal hangers to hold it on. If I could give this company -5 stars, I would. They quoted me under the wrong last name, tied someone else's BANK ACCOUNT INFO to my auto pay, tried charging me double monthly for my Auto insurance and then sent me cancellation notices when I refused to pay the incorrect amount (they told me it was fixed and it wasn't), never cancelled my homeowners with my previous company so they paid out double, and I paid (in good faith) my entire homeowners premium to fix things and then they took MORE money from my mortgage/escrow com... read more
I’ve had the worst experience with my auto claim process after being involved in a simple read-end collision accident. You have to constantly call them to follow up on your case, no one will ever reach out to you and update you on the process. Multiple phone calls going through different clueless agents who look at your file and don’t know what’s going on. You have to constantly repeat your story just to be passed along between people. I think State Farm has become a company that places no value whatsoever on customer loyalty. My husband and I have had our auto insurance for two vehicles for over 40 years, our homeowners for 25 years, our RV insurance for 3 years, and other policies as needed throughfor business insurance and life insurance. I have been a customer at this company for a year now. I fully insured couple of vehicles with them. Couple of months back I ask for road side tire change and the person who answer told me that I don't have road assistance with my coverage when I have full coverage on all of my vehicles. I paid a tow truck to help me out. In few days I called the agent who sold me the insurance and they apologize with what happen and they told me it won't happen again.
