If I can give less than one start I would. The claim I had with State Farm is a homeowners claim which was caused by water damage coming from my neighbor upstairs. It has been 10 months since it happened and repairs have still not been completed due to State Farm’s negligence and having to resubmit the same forms multiple times and never being able to get a hold of an adjuster. I visited their website to get a quote for my home insurance. A bit later, they emailed me a quote for $1281/year for my specific house with all the coverage that I wanted. When I called the listed agent, they raised the price to $2448 (double!) without adding any additional coverage. This was specifically the Tim Miller agency in Southfield, MI and the agent was Christina N******.

After 30 years we are leaving and my family plan, as well. Photographer comes over and takes pics of our roof. Get a cancellation of HO policy. 14,000 bucks, second Mortgage and little help from them, new roof. We get a notice yesterday that they are canceling again, because of 3 non moving vehicles, in a fenced, private driveway, with “appliances in the back yard”. I put a claim on July 5th called and emailed brandon b**** State Farm representative. Its July 24 and I have not heard a single response. I even called customer service who blind transferred me to the same department but now answer. So what Gives when did State Farm Claim department drop is customer service. Im paying way to much for ****** service.

Terrence Clacny, was very unprofessional when assisting me and my mother getting an insurance quote and being our rep. Was not corresponding to emails, or phone calls.

This company has given us the most difficult time for home insurance, we pay over $5500 a year soon to increase, AGAIN. We had pipes explode in the house causing significant leak, we called emergency plumber who helped fix, suggested a complete home repipe which we did. We called adjustors to help recover damages, and have been going back and forth for almost a year. In the mean time, our house is a mess, holes in ceilings, walls, garage floor and all 3 bathroom walls. They offered us $1,000 which doesn't even fix one wall i... read more

June of 2023 my vehicle premium was $48.87. July it was increased due to a beacon that's a requirement for the safe drive discount (which I had zero knowledge of or received this beacon) therefore my payment increased to $63.08. after several conversations with State Farm agents they assured me my premium would go back to $48.87 once the beacon is installed. State Farm has been the WORST company to deal with when it comes to getting paid out in a claims (Not at Fault )! today marks day day 36 from the accident!! Have yet to receive a check. Their process and lack of communication amongst their “agents” is Non existing!
