Tom is very good to work with clean tidy very professional attentive to his work and very knowledgeable about these products and their applications very pleased with the finished work After this post we got to co mineral back to do the outside of these pillars After paying £1250 deposit tom turned up for a few hrs over a period of days left the job unfinished then 3 years later came back again for a couple of hours over a few spread out days the outside looks totally different texture colour and lines nothing like the inside... read more
** AVOID THIS COMPANY ** I hired Tocco Minerale to supply and install a floor system from scratch. This was completed over a year ago and it started to fail within 2 months!! (See images) After a year of asking them to come back out to rectify the cracks, Tom came out and told me he would repair the floor but the cracks would likely come back!! He takes no ownership of the error and blames his friend who he got in to do the prep work, which we have since found out was UNINSURED!! Our floor that we have had a brand new kitche... read more
Awful company- please stay well away! Tom installed a floor system at my home and within a few months the floor started falling apart. After almost a year of empty promises that he will put this right we are now in the process of taking Tom to court to recoup the money that we have lost to this company. I know that we are not the only company in financial dispute with Tom.
The training was very well structured, and we learned much over the two days. Tom is a great guy; I would highly recommend him
