Bad experience especially with delivery particularly through food panda for this outlet. Missing partial orders quite often with this outlet (unlike the one at Nex). Example today, we ordered Fried Rice chicken wings set that supposedly come with lye chee drink. The drink is missing from the delivered items. Have been patronising this Toast Box outlet since it first opened, and the team here — Hu, Lan, Hiang, May and Yiqing — have always been consistently warm, attentive and professional. They always get my coffee right (which is not easy because I’m very fussy 😅). There was also an occasion where another customer accidentally collected my order, and even though it wasn’t their fault, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally. Our weekend place for family breakfast. Usually quite packed and it takes awhile to get your order. The trick is to use online order to skip the queue! Drinks standard varies on who is the one making the drinks, but overall it's acceptable. Out of all the times we've visited, only once they missed out an item from our order considering how packed this place always is, But service recovery was fast once we flagged it out to them
I waited for quite a while before the staff attended to my order of beverages and toast bread. Both coffee and tea were not up to standard, no sweetness and lots of ice. Order number given was 6508 but the number called was 6501. It was repeatedly called and because there were not many customers, I went to check if it was mine. Horrible service. The waitress forgot my toast. When I asked her, she said she threw my queue number away. Then she apologised and made the toast for me. They have electronic queue number but they still forgot about the orders. What more do they need to remind them of the customers' orders. Will not patronise here again. Thought of going to other restaurants in this mall but because of this incident, I just cancelled and went to other malls.
