Wow really ford!? I should not have to leave my car here 3 days while you order a part you said you ordered a week ago. I will never come here for service again. Your employees are rude, completely not understanding, unclear, and they LIE! Also it's extremely over priced. $177 to diagnose the issues, over $300 to fix on top of the diagnoses fee? Funny the part online is only $20. Is it really that labor intensive? Guess the dealership is living up to it's reputation. I won't be coming back again.
Poor customer service they don't really care less you can afford a new car they dink you around when you're trying to find out what's wrong with your vehicle we bought a vehicle that had a broken passenger handle assist they said they would fix it call Jeep for the part and then never call us back because it's not a Ford try to call and ask about information about the part and they act like they don't have a clue they had our vehicle for a month and didn't call us at all until we went in and asked what was up with the vehicl... read more
After feeling discouraged leaving Harris Ford, Titus Will was a sight for sore eyes. When we arrived we began looking at Focus and Fiesta ST’s and one of there salespeople, Wil, helped us out immediately. He wasn’t overcrowding or intimidating! He then directed us toward Daniel Cote. Just took home our new f450 limited heavy duty truck. Great customer service. Rick was super nice and helpful.
Long story short a miscommunication resulted in a repair not being done on the day of the appointment or the next day. Spoke with Shannon the service manager and (politely) voiced my frustrations. He more than made things right and we will continue to make the drive from Tumwater to Tacoma to get our vehicles serviced here. Thank you again for not only hearing us and listening but making it right.
Just got my “free” oil change here. Not too happy. I had to pay 45 bucks for the oil change and a new turn signal light bulb (which I didn’t even ask them to replace.) I recommend not going to this dealership. They are just as crooked at the rest! Such a rip off! Not worth going to this place ever again.
