RecommendedEasy like Sunday Morning! Called on a Tuesday, test road that evening, then my vehicle was delivered to me on Wednesday afternoon in Bremerton! Literally one of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. Plus, the warranty is hard to beat. Shout out to Wes, Dan, & Terry for making buying a vehicle, a rather daunting experience, seem so effortless & easy. There's nothing like peace of mind.

I dealt with a very pushy salesman and management team today. I was working with a salesman from another location but the vehicle-was at this location. They were not friendly on sending the car over to the other location. They were trying to steal the sale from the man we were working with. We like Titus-Will just not this location. So unfriendly and very bossy. I was so put off by the them trying to steal another fellow salesman sale.

RecommendedSo the Ford dealership on Sprague has a full barista stand with full coffee/Latte service FOR FREE While you wait for your car to be serviced. And the employees go around and Introduce themselves to everyone who is waiting. Feels more like a nice hotel lobby than the service department waiting area. I'm quite impressed.
