RecommendedFast courteous service when I had my Ford Fusion in for Service. They are honest with the inspection results. I purchased my car there and always have it serviced there.
RecommendedOur Taurus mysteriously developed traction control system issues, and the check engine light came on, after an oil change (at another business). Coincidence? Turns out the two issues were related, both to each other and to the oil change. Titus Will quickly diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road the next day.
Not good. Quoted $139.95 for an induction service. Came back and the service tech tried to charge me $190ish until I questioned him. Also never received or even talked about my multi point inspection. Then he asked me if I wanted to have the car washed after it was there the entire day. To top it off, I bought a new F-150 and never received my free oil change that was promised when purchased the truck. Highly doubt I'll be back. 👎
RecommendedThe salesman was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure my needs in a new vehicle were met. He was honest, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride that I had no interest in going on. I’ve had my truck for a little over a week now, and I couldn’t be more happy with it.
service sucks, paid over $8000 to fix my car and said was fixed several times. Has same problem still, 6 months and $8000 later. Now they say it can't be fixed because the part needed can't be found. They knew from the start and just wanted to make sure they made money. Scammers, liars and thief's!

Each time I take my truck for service, something goes wrong. Last week, after a simple oil change, the bolts holding up the oil pan weren't secured. Not sure how long I dragged it between the shop and home. On a previous service, they couldn't determine why, suddenly, the truck had no power... someone hadn't connected things properly. Seems like a constant comedy of errors, yet it's not funny.
