I took my 2017 Ford Escape for service due to a check engine light notification. They said it was due to a computer update- charging over $100 for this, fine. Not even a week after picking the car up and driving less then 100 miles the check engine light is back on and they are unwilling to wave diagnostic fees. Ford only cares while your buying a new vehicle from them second and last ford I will own.

RecommendedI scheduled an appointment with the service department in advance. The appointment was very easy to schedule. I came in on that particular day and time. they were ready for me. They told me that it would be done in 90 minutes. They were done early and the car was vacuumed, I did not expect that.. The staff were very professional and polite. more contact with vehicle owner as to what is going on with the vehicle. I dropped my car off and had to call a week later to find out nothing had been done and they needed it for another 2 weeks.
