Friendly service. My daughter brought her Volkswagen for an oil change. There was a new guy there who had awesome customer service and they did a great job on her car
spent more time bragging about the technician and his experience level (who then improperly installed my new throw out bearing which lead to it failing 1 week after having the car back) than fixing my car. took them over a week for both the clutch job at first and then to fix the throw out bearing issue. (separate occasions) unacceptable service. no loaner offered. never again.
Great service with Fred! Excellent salesman that didn't try to sell u on everything and really worked with your needs and got our new car delivered earlier than original quote. The finance guy was great as well and quick service.
Wanted to give a huge shout out to Doreen from Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma! I came to the dealership looking for a truck for my husband 2 weeks back and she was absolutely incredible! Walking in 8 months pregnant and not wanting to “play games” with sales people, Doreen was fantastic at listening to what I needed/wanted and was great at getting our price to something we could afford! Everyone here is so friendly and professional. Brooke in the service dept is beyond helpful. Paul and Rick in sales make it so easy to purchase a car. Guess that is why my family has repeatedly come back when looking for a new or new to us car.
