RecommendedBrooke was an excellent service manager. But I did find a new dent in my car rear panel next to the fuel door they replaced - somewhat disappointed with the lack of accountability. Otherwise previous service events have been positive.
Titus ford sold a truck to my brother in law with numerous problems that he noted and then wouldn't stand behind the truck they sold $500 dollars in parts is what it would of cost to keep a customer happy but they were un willing to do that. so not only did they loose my business but business from my family and friends.
