Went to Titus will in Olympia and I legit had the sales man lol at me in front of customers and staff when i said I was looking for a used raptor did not want to spend more than 50k was one of the rudest people I ever talked with and that’s upsetting because I bought a car from Titus will two years ago. horrible service from Lakewood Ford!! My doors will not stay shut, this is a safety recall, and I'm being blown off for days. it is not okay to expect customers to drive around in an unsecured vehicle with swinging doors and the open door alarm blaring.

Awesome service everytime
I bought a car here a few months back and literally had to take it back the next day for them to fix it. After having it for a week it was still not fixed so I took it back again and surprise surprise it is still not fixed and has costed me thousands of dollars and I still have an unreliable car. They did a recall and was done sooner than they thought and all communication was very good.
I called service, made an appointment for service on my F-150. I had to wait 10 days but said OK. When I arrived the service guy asked me what I was there for? My appointment, I said.. But sir, you don’t have an appointment! Oh yes I do, I called over a week ago.. Sorry, you’re not in our system! But we will work you in.. Work me in? I made an appointment! We’ll see what we can do.
