Fire your current Service Manager and all his staff. For more than a decade my household has Patronized Titus Will Ford, Tacoma, Had always been timely and polite and attentive. This past week has been a series of poor scheduling ending with a painfully long wait of 4 hours for an oil change and throttle body cleaning. No BS NO Promises just real honest people. It was a long day but Karl Swanson was the MAN! The loan guy we had, can’t remember his name I’m sorry was awesome too!
