RecommendedI love the fact that they wash your car. the only thing I would like to see change is a clock installed in the waiting room. Thank you for always having cookies and tea free of charge
They roller stamp their quality vehicle inspection report. Only thing that could be proved was the air filter for the cabin was changed. The report states that I have no cracks in my windshield, but I have a crack that is very visible and it took several hours longer to complete even with an appointment
If they would simply tell the truth to their customers?! To me it seems as if they’re taking all the business they can and deceiving the customer when their vehicle will get looked at… Come on ford quality over quantity. PS. I don’t know if I’ve ever given a negative review publicly, but I feel it’s important for me to do in this case out of integrity for others based on how we were deceived & treated (i’ll spare the details about our interactions with one of the employees�)
People of the NW I know my influence is small, but I ask that no one purchase a car or service at Titus-Will Ford/Toyota in Tacoma because of how they treat their customers! They said they don’t want my business anymore because I gave them a bad review after an employee threatened me after picking up my truck because he wanted to go home and my truck was leaking coolant! He said he would F-me up if I don’t leave! Let’s F-them up with negative reviews!
Your service department is a joke. What is the point of having appointments if you’re not going to get to the car. I have been waiting since 12, when my appointment was, it’s not 1:45 and my car wasn’t even started on. This is absolutely unacceptable. I verified when I called and when I dropped the car off it would be about an hour or an hour in a half, I was told yes both times. It’s not my issue if you don’t have enough technicians. I will NEVER return this dealership.
Karl is THE best. He found us exactly what we were looking for, got us what we needed for our old vehicle and just made the experience as easy as possible for us. Definitely will be recommending Titus-Will Ford to anyone we know looking for a vehicle. Thanks guys.
Great service EXCEPT they show FOX News on tv in the waiting area! Please no right-wing propaganda while I’m waiting for my car!
I am not impressed! I was told I needed a new rear strut. I called Firestone and they said 920 dollars to replace them. I called another shop only to find out my car does not even have rear struts. I am amazed that a Ford mechanic would not know the difference between a shock and a strut!!!!!
