I took my boyfriend's truck in to have a low jack installed and his leather sealed. From the moment I drove up all the way to my departure was excellent. Brooke helped me with the appointment and getting set up. She was so friendly. Diane drive me home in the shuttle. She was outstanding. Thank you Titus-will for being great at what you do. P.s. I just bought a new (used from Craigslist) car so I called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change today (I knew it was unlikely), and they were booked, but the gal on the phone told me they accept walk ins (awesome). So that's what I did this morning. Every person I encountered was great and I loved the facilities. One of the sales people gave my daughter a balloon.
A simple oil change should not take over 2hrs I'm still waiting for my car to get done.
I drive from Monroe to have my car serviced here. The fast lane people are awesome. And Jenn Paulman in the service department should be given a raise. She is beyond awesome. I won't ever go anywhere else.
I had the pleasure of working with Greg Eckroth last week when I bought my '15 Cruze, and I am so thankful! He is the man! So personable and accommodating. He made sure I had everything I wanted. Can't wait to come back and buy another car in the future, I'll definitely be looking for him!
Finance manager made huge mistake on buyers order and continued to try and convince me it was my fault they wrote in the wrong address "wrong state too" Sales people were great and Ed from finance was amazing. Unfortunately I have a brand new truck sitting in the driveway unable to drive it until They fix their mistake.
