This was the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Tituswill Ford and each time the service has been top notch. The whole experience was awesome and I will always look to them first for vehicles! Thanks to Wes, Scott, Karl and Ed for making it such a easy process and putting the consumer first!!
Staff are readily available to sell a new car. Once the car leaves the lot, however, the service quickly declines. I continue to wait for necessary paperwork from the dealership after returning a leased vehicle. Numerous staff are available to sell cars; few are available to return them. Very poor service.
To expensive, almost $300.00 and didn't fix a Dang thing. I can top off my own fluids and rotate my own tires for free, thank you. The coffee was good though and I will keep the cup to remind myself how I got ripped off, but never again.
Love Titus Will. Especially Miriam who scheduled my oil change and Justin in service. Can't forget my new fav Ford salesman Rick Rooney!

He listened to exactly what we wanted, needed, and what we were willing to spend (we were very set on this) and he made it happen without any high pressure tactics...just a genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional experience! �
