Extremely Happy with the Service Department!! After Months of Botched Repairs with Lakewood on my 2015 Escape, Michelle and Danny in the Department restored my faith in Ford!! They both went the Extra Mile to Make sure I was Taken Care of and the Issues Addressed!! They took Customer Service to next Level!! I am for sure a Return Customer now!! Thank you!!
Very disappointed with Titus-Will Ford today wanted to make an appointment couldn't get in till next Tuesday which I don't understand if your vehicle is having issues also what really upsets me is the ladies who work at the counters they are all so unpleasant to deal with and now again today over the phone what's happing to customer service and courtesy?
Exceptional service at the Quick Lane Service Center! The cafe, lounge and shuttle service were great! I will always bring my car here to be serviced.

Awesome guy very very very Knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all like other Salesman do. Went in thinking I was going to be bullied into getting a car that just lined his pockets but instead he helped me get a car in your price range.
Everyone was so helpful. Daniel Cote was very informative and friendly in helping me make decisions on the Mustang options. Fred Moisio ensured I understood all the financial arrangements, and Ed Maulsby gave me helpful tips while I took the test drive. The team at Titus Will Ford is excellent.
