Very slow service. Appt, doesn't matter. Still gonna be 3 hours on a scheduled oil change. What's the point.
Everything done well and their waiting area is superb.
A co-worker needed to get some repair work done to his 2010 Ford Fusion. He went to Titus-Will and they quickly got him in and registered and the next day, called and told him the vehicle was ready for pick up. Paying for the service was reasonable, the service receptionists were very personable and made us not want to leave. Kudos to the mechanics & check in staff :Michelle Sample and Jennifer Pullman.
