We use Permaseal back in 2017, we have had no issues with the work that was completed. Aaron was the consultant that took care of us, we have referred him to our family and friends.

Have purchased tires from them for all my vehicles with the alignment package. Every time I take one of my vehicles in for check; the issue is never fixed, the steering wheel is never straight, and they let air pressure out of my tires. They do checks on things that we have asked them not too. They will say you need service on things that don't need service. The manager is very rude and an arrogant person. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

On March 6/ 2021, I called at 11am to make an appointment for an oil change and Inspection. The gentleman I spoke with made my appointment for the same day at 1pm. I arrived on time and was greeted by *** ********(name on business card) she was personable and took my keys, then informed me that my car wasn't elgible for the discounted oil change because of the mileage on my car which, I wasn't surprised by. I purchased new Cooper tires from NTB in Frederick MD on August 22, 2020. I went back to the location on 2/2/21 for a tire rotation, had the service done and thought everything was fine. Over the weekend I was cleaning my auto to realize.... miraculously one of my "Cooper" tires is missing, it was replaced with another tire that is a complete different brand. Avoid tire kingdom at all costs! Yesterday, I spent a lot of money to be incredibly disappointed. I always do my own work or have mechanic friends help me do it, but sadly, tires and alignments aren't something you can do at home. Four brand new tires on new rims that I paid someone to paint... And they messed them up and scratched them up! They offered to pay for me to have them redone using a company of their choice, fine. That's solved, sort of.
