The Palm Harbor Tire Kingdom is great. I've been here a few times and they're always friendly and helpful. They dont play the "up sell" game either. I'd recommend this location for anything tire related.

Awful company! Took my car here for new brakes and tires. (NTB owned by Mavis Tire 92 Taunton Ave, Plainville, MA) THEY PUT ON THE WRONG QUANTITY AND TYPE OF TIRE! They blamed it on the call center and deflected any notion of amending the situation. The store manager took no responsibility in the misinformation I received from the associate who I spoke to, and deflected blame onto the company and that despite the issue, their regionals wouldn't truly care about the situation. Huntsville, AL. National Tire and Battery. My vehicle drove straight when I brought it there and when I left it drove crooked. The Manager ***** ****** and District Manager ***** ***** did not seemed to care at all. Stay away guys.

If I could give 0 I would. Where do I start, I took my truck on Saturday, August 29, 2020 into NTB in Bel Air, MD on Spruce Road. For an oil change. I parked my truck my appointment was at 10 AM they didn't take him in to 12:55 PM. They drove my car from the parking lot to the garage less than 50 feet and a tell me my brake line broke one hour later. When they came out to tell me that my brake line broke they asked me did i know that my ABS light was on? I told them yes because I had taken the fuse out to tow something. That... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Changing a set of brakes shouldn't be a 4 day process. No reaching out to us about keeping my car over night in the first place and has left me without a car for a majority of a work week. I would have NEVER left my car had I known it takes them more than a couple of hours for brakes. "We'll call you when it's ready" doesn't translate to keep my car for 4 days.

Avoid this shop at all costs.if you break down in front of tire kingdom call a tow truck. Go anywhere else. You have been warned

DAMAGED MY WHEELS! Ordered tires online to have them installed here and they gouged and scratched my wheels/rims. There are multiply scratches at the very edge of the rim where they clearly used a screwdriver/tool to pry the old tires off. One rim has a gouge that's about 1"x1". Multiple scuffs (in a circular pattern) on the edges as well. So of course I contacted corporate, sent in pictures and only requested a refund on the service, not a full NEW set of wheels. I took my car in on a Monday to have the water pump replaced. First they claimed the anti-theft system had been triggered and they couldn't get it to start. They wanted me to pay them and then tow it to Ford. A Ford representative told me NOT to do that, that NTB screwed up, and they needed to fix it. They then spent the next two days claiming it was this sensor or that sensor, none of which matched what was going on. Absolutely horrid. I took my 2009 escape to get 4 new tires on it because of a good buy 3 get one free deal offered. Found out they did not balance 3 tires, they did not do my alignment, they did not replace the sensor housings, they broke 3 lug nuts and tried to charge me $179 for new ones. They also quoted me for shocks and for a condenser on my AC, neither of which have any issues AT ALL. Avoid this place at all costs! All they do is make up things to try to get more $$$$.
