Beware of dishonest practices at NTB. I needed a rotate and balance on a set of Michelins I bought there at NTB Gallatin Tn a couple of years ago. Told them one had a slow leak. Have about 4000 miles on them. After an hour of waiting the guy says he can't rotate or balance because the leak was in the sidewall and immediately tried to quote me new tires. The "mechanic" told me it was small and he had to use soap water to find the leak. Got home and noticed the tires had no signs of being sprayed with soap water. Took my truck... read more

***They Will Rip You Off (Or Attempt To)*** My coworker just took her car here today to get an oil change. They told her that the person who changed her oil last used a power tool to tighten the oil plug & screwed it too tight and completely stripped her oil pan. They told her it would be $600 to fix & a bunch of other things "wrong" with her car. I purchased a set of Big O Bigfoot AT tires for my truck on 3/15/19 at Big O Tires in Pueblo Colorado. My truck had 40k miles on it. The tires had a 3 year 60k mile warranty. On 7/26/20 I took my truck to the Tire Kingdom (owned by the same corporation as Big O) for a rotation and alignment. They did the rotation, but told me that they put it on the alignment rack and it did not need an alignment. Since late in the summer 3/4 of my tires have started losing tire pressure. Summary: After a front end alignment, on 6 Jan 21, a mechanic (name unknown) and a salesman (*****) both assured me a front end alignment was performed properly and that the 2009 Toyota Camry was safe to drive. Not less than seven days later my 67 year old wife told me she nearly drove off the road, and, as she tells it, because the car wants to swerve left and right on straight level roadway. So I have used these guys for years, as well as my family having used them for years. Usually they take care of any problems that may arise and have pretty decent customer service, at least the times I have used them. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. We took my wife's car in about 6 months ago because of a shuddering when braking. They notified us that one of the calipers had started to bind and recommended we replace both front calipers, so we did. Now, 6 months later the replaced calipers are completely rusted! I wish I can give this place negative 5 rating! The sales is dishonest. My oil change turned to hundreds of dollars after-market brake pad change. The worst thing is it brought sponging feeling and high pitch noise which never had before. The manager is also dishonest and disgrace to ask me to pay another thousand dollars to change the caliper. Come on, my 40,000 mileage luxury car!
