So I have used these guys for years, as well as my family having used them for years. Usually they take care of any problems that may arise and have pretty decent customer service, at least the times I have used them. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. We took my wife's car in about 6 months ago because of a shuddering when braking. I wish I can give this place negative 5 rating! The sales is dishonest. My oil change turned to hundreds of dollars after-market brake pad change. The worst thing is it brought sponging feeling and high pitch noise which never had before. The manager is also dishonest and disgrace to ask me to pay another thousand dollars to change the caliper. Come on, my 40,000 mileage luxury car!

I moved to Southern Illinois from the Chicagoland area in late 2016 but I still go back to see family and friends. On August 15, 2017, I purchased 4 Sumi Tour Plus LXH tires from NTB Tires and Service in Downers Grove, IL. The cost for installing the tires was $313.74 which included rotations for the life of the tire. I took my car back to NTB every six months for an oil change and tire rotation. Simply put... DISHONEST! I brought my vehicle in for a tire issue. I knew I needed rear brakes, and agreed to the recommended work. The rep called to say the Jeep's (117k miles) rear struts had issues ( not needed to immediately replace or THEY ARE A DANGER). They quoted a reasonable price and I gave the go ahead . They called back stating my Jeep had a hydraulic system and the cost almost tripled. I said "no thanks" and headed home. I had an oil change scheduled at the Millville, NJ location, an upon my arrival in store I was shocked to discover there was a customer sitting in the main lobby with no mask on. To my surprise, 2 staff members emerged from the garage also not wearing masks. Being that this is a state mandated notion to wear masks indoors, I am completely disgusted with the lack of care and concern for others, especially when working inside their vehicles.

Riverview, FL Store on Gibsonton Dr Unskilled, not everyone a certified mechanic, many very young unseasoned and unskilled folks working at this location, did not finish services and was told incapable, honestly he didn't want to finish it, I WAS STILL CHARGED! If I had been advised he was scared to loosen a rusty bolt, came and got me, as I was sitting right there on curb due to covid, sat outside, then I would've said to not to even attempt to align my vehicle. It took 3 times to get a alignment. The 2 time they aligned truck but come to find out they did not tighten to spec torque and upper control arm came loose. I had checked everything else for noise and it was a loose camber bolt that they did not tighten. Took up to place they re did alignment. I asked to Make sure it was torqued to 140 ft lbs. I encounter a very unsafe and hostile altercation with one of the employees during my visit at 9011 Annapolis Rd, Glenarden, MD XXXXX. recommend taking you mechanic or tire needs anywhere else but here. I have been getting my oil changes and tires at tire kingdom for 4 years. Last time I came in, they did not mention anything that should be replaced or fixed. There was no mention of a oil cap. I come in to get my oil change with my husband and we are the only people with an appointment up and nobody else around.
