Friday JAN. 24th, 2020 during lunch I went to NTB (915 E Ogden) for my oil change also had fluids topped off and tires rotated. Saturday Jan. 25th, 2020 I drove to Rockford for a wedding then headed to Ohare airport to drop off my girlfriend. As my truck swerve across the lanes of I-90E like a slithering. I am always repairing my car here. Amazing service and customer support. Might be pricey from time to time.

I would have given zero stars if it was possible. I went to the Tire Kingdom locally to get my tires changed. I was talked into taking one of their credit cards - I was advised that I would get '12 months to pay the tires off'. I could pay it off on my terms. This is not true! If you don't pay on the date that they provide, you get a $28.00 late payment fee. If there was a way to rate 0 stars I would. I have been receiving oil changes from NTB for over a year roughly about once a month and recently been experiencing car troubles. When I took the car back to the dealership they expressed to me the car looks like I haven't had a oil changed since the purchase of the car which is concerning because I had just got a oil change but NTB that Thursday passing. Spoke with two mangers locally who were rude, then corporate in FL another guys, stories changed. In total I buy five tires. Their records do not match my purchase. I actually have two other tires on my car which I can testify that I do not have. Offered to take my car to NTB so they can see the tires that they saw me are still on my car I have 11,000 miles on those tires there tell me they do not have a mileage warranty. I have 20% left of tread with 11,000 miles on them in total.
