Aaron was very friendly and very helpful. He didn't try over selling me things I didn't want or need.
On March 24, 2021, I took my car to the business to get an alignment. I spent 2 hours in the business waiting for the service to be performed. After such time the business returned my car as complete. After driving the car back to my home approximately 20-minutes away I found the car was pulling to the right. We had Permaeeal out today to help us with our waterproofing problem. Aaron was our consultant, he was fair and honest.
We use Permaseal back in 2017, we have had no issues with the work that was completed. Aaron was the consultant that took care of us, we have referred him to our family and friends.
Aaron was upfront and honest like him alot! Aaron did a great presention and explained everything even help wit getting approved for a loan thanks aaron!
Have purchased tires from them for all my vehicles with the alignment package. Every time I take one of my vehicles in for check; the issue is never fixed, the steering wheel is never straight, and they let air pressure out of my tires. They do checks on things that we have asked them not too. They will say you need service on things that don't need service. The manager is very rude and an arrogant person. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

On March 6/ 2021, I called at 11am to make an appointment for an oil change and Inspection. The gentleman I spoke with made my appointment for the same day at 1pm. I arrived on time and was greeted by *** ********(name on business card) she was personable and took my keys, then informed me that my car wasn't elgible for the discounted oil change because of the mileage on my car which, I wasn't surprised by.
