I had an appointment for an oil change for Thursday, Oct 21st. They cancelled and rescheduled for Friday, the 22nd. I showed up on time only to find out they could not do it until 3pm. After killing an hour waiting, I was then told "We are out of your requested oil but would replace it with a higher rated oil for only $20.00 more". They could have told me the first time they called about the lack of my requested oil or even the next day when I was put off another hour. Instead they waited until I returned to tell me. They Asked me immediately what services I needed and followed me to the car to ensure no Miscommunication. He gave me an estimated wait time and cost. I also witnessed many customers come in and he was pleasant and honest with each customer about wait time. He was right on the money with cost and time. Would definitely come back for more service needs.

0 was not an option. This location has 2 managers in place that are rude, evasive and nasty. My vehicle was taken in on a Tuesday. I had to call them the following day for an update. The Manager acted as if I had gotten on his nerve. He then tells me that it would be ready on Thursday. I get dropped off to pick my truck up only for him to come tell me, we need to keep it another day. Never once apologized about it. I took my car here to the Tyrone Location on Tuesday, October 4, 2021 for an alignment my car was pulling hard right. I picked up my car and noticed right away it was still pulling to the right. I called a couple of days later when I had time to take it back in and I was told their alignment machine was out for service. Wouldn't even try to work on my car, I work at a dealership and the employee there stated my car was too low when I've been able to jack it up on lifts every time. Just a bunch of lazies.

This complaint is regarding the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment I received from Mr. ******* ********, the store manager at this NTB store. Because he did not want to honor my tire warranty, he told me to "go to another store from here on out." Called on Saturday to make sure they had the tires I needed in stock. Employee checked computer system and said they were in stock and to come in the next day on Sunday first thing and they would get the four tires installed right away. I arrived right when they opened on Sunday and they said it would be about 90 minutes to install the tires. NTB on King Street is by far one of the worse to have your vehicle service. This store is always short staff and when is fully staffed, even with an early appointment one is guaranteed to wait until almost end of day. Unless this store is getting new business $$$, in warranty and tire purchased service is barely honor in time or with great quality. The store manager **** "*******" will sell you a great story, but provide poor work quality. I don't recommend this store at all if you want great service and fair pricing!!

I had an appointment at 8:00AM to rotate and balance my tires (I made the mistake of purchasing rotation and balance for the life of the tires). The service manager told me it should take a little over an hour, but when my car had not moved by 9:00 I asked the service manager when my car would be serviced. I was told the guy who would do the rotation and balance would not get to it for at least 30 minutes.
