On November 10, 2021 I made a reservation for PRE-PAID contactless tires and installation ($581.84) for November 13th. It was for my son's car so I sent him to get the work done with specific instructions to not have any other work done. At approximately 9:30, he called stating they wanted to do brakes, rotors and sensors. On September 23, 2021 (2 months previous) I paid over $1,800 at BMW for OEM brakes, sensors and refinished rotors. Obviously, I told my son "no" and he conveyed this to NTB. My mother went to get car inspected to drop off car, front desk said to her you know you could get a ticket and was very rude, next day after hours of not hearing from them I called, they were like oh yeah....(forgot to call) you failed inspection. The business did not answer the phone when I called over 30 rings, when I hung up and called again they answered, sounded sleepy.
