Work is horrible on Mar 25 went to get oil change get truck on the next day driving truck begin smoking real bad and overheating come to find out when tow truck came open hood found glove in engine and line cut where they had to place oil filter went back on the *************************************************************** saying none of my workers do work like that I had to call corporate corporate called and had them to do repairs manager got upset with me they get truck then messed up more in my truck had to take corpor... read more

Horrible time management. I had a 12pm appointment and I am still here after 2pm. I was promised that the vehicle would be done by 1:30 pm. I will never visit this location again although it is closest to my home.

Call this morning to get some work done and was put on hold for 30 minutes and then the phone hung up.called right back same guy answered never apologized put me right back on hold after I explained I was already on hold for over thirty minutes.

This company is horrible, the location *******************************************************************. They scratched all four 22inch rims on my 2020 Ram and bent my door driver sided, it took at least 3 weeks to come to look at it, and then they said they say no-fault. I have served 28 years in the Army and just came back from a deployment and bought the truck of my ************, all the scratches are in the same location.

NTB IN ********* ** ; IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD A 2:30 PM RESERVATION; 4 PM MY CAR HASNOT BE TOUCHED. WHEN I ASKED THE STORE MANAGER WHY YOU HAVE NOT TOUCHED MY CAR YET: HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE STORE FOR NO REASON.

NTB ********* The outfit could get you killed! Went in to get new tires and check front end alignment. The tires are fine but three days later the front end of the van collapsed. the front lower control arm, ball joint and axel shaft were broken. This happened in a parking lot just before we were to get on the highway. We could have been killed. I have a computer print out of what NTB did to service my front end. So new the mechanic that just did the repairs to my front end stated that he is fairly certain that no one had do... read more
