My daughter was told it was MANDATORY to purchase a warranty for her 2 tires which cost more than the tires themselves. And that she had to do balancing, alignment all totaling over $400. It's not right. They should be shut down for such practices aimed at the young and gullible.

On a recent trip to Florida I picked up a nail in my brand new tire. It was in a spot there was no way to patch or repair so I needed a new tire. I originally purchased the tire from NTB so I searched for a local branch in Gulf Breeze, Florida only to find NTB's sister company Tire Kingdom. Ripoff! Charged more than quoted. Very rude to my husband. Told him just because you didn't see me do something doesn't mean it wasn't done. I called manager ****** ***** and told him of our complaint and he was very rude to me. The price for oil change was quoted to us over the phone that it would be 60.00. We told her all the info she ask for to get this quote. We then said we had a 20.00 coupon and then said it would be 40.00. It ended up 88.66. This is more than the original of 69.00.

My grandson worked at Big O in San Antonio, tx for three weeks and they never paid him. After the first week everybody got paid, but they told him he had to work two weeks before he would get paid. At the end of three weeks they told him they will not be able to work with his school schedule and let him go. He was never paid and the manager just told him he would need to contact the corporate office. He did and never got a response.

To whom it may concern,<br /> <br /> This is a complaint that I would like to make at one of your establishments. Never in my life have I ever been disrespected by an establishment and its staff like this. I came into your store, Tire Kingdom, on Monday 1/03/2022 so that the mechanics can take a look at my tires to see what could be causing my front tires to slowly leak.
