I took my car to Tire Kingdom for tire replacement. I chose 2 tires for the front of my car along with an alignment. I was told to leave my care and they would call me when it was ready. They called me within 3 hours and told me that the alignment could not be performed because I needed struts and tie rod replacements and the labor alone would cost $590. I took my car in for an oil change. They told me to come collect my car because the bolt was stripped and they couldn't do it. I made the appointment for my dealership for the next day. The very next day at the dealership, they tell me that I am missing the oil filter cap in my engine bay. I call back NTB to ask them if they have it and they deny ever seeing me. The dealership charged me $50 for a new cap. The people at this NTB are sloppy and lack accountability. They are not to be trusted!

i bought a set of neutral trial guide tires and they are a ****** mile tire and i only got ****** miles out of mine and tried to contact TBC and its been a month and i have sent them several emails and they refuse to answer me back i recommend not buying any of their products because they don't care if they put out a junk and won't stand behind their products and don't want to know anything about making it right with the customer take your money *********, now i have a truck i can't ********** in ******** because i bought so... read more

NTB in ************* ** went over and above to make me happy twice. Once with selling me tires, then again fixing a road damaged flat immediately upon entering the store. The two front gentleman **** and Skott is where credit is due.

I was told a price on a set of tires. After they were put on the price was $500.00 more than what I was told. If you ever use Tire Kingdom, make sure you get it in writing and have a copy of it before they do any work.

On 10/12/2022 I made an appointment at the NTB location at ***************************************************** to have my tires rotated on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 AWD. When I got there, I was quoted a price of $80.00. While I waited for them to take my car in, I called around and was quoted any where from $25.00 to $19.99 to no charge for the same service. This is the worst Tire Kingdom in the entire city at *******************************************************************. They let me book my appointment online and set my time. When I brought the car in for the new tires, they had let so many walk-ins start service that they were not sure if they could get to my car. So I asked if they would finish today so I could book at another store because the car was needed on Monday. They said to leave the car there. So I did. National Tire and Battery, NTB, under the corporate structure of Tire and Battery Corporation, TBC, franchised many of its stores in 2020 and now NTB refuses to honor the contract to provide service on four tires I bought in 2017. I paid them an additional $135.35 for lifetime service on rotation, balancing, flat repairs and road hazards. Now they are not honoring their obligations. Do not work for this company this company is very unorganized unprofessional does not handle human rights very well the boss I had was very unprofessional has a potty mouth and talks to his employees anyway he wants and made physical threat towards me and thinks it's okay and they do not know how to treat their employees right
