If I could give negative stars I would! We took a car into our local Mavis for an AC recharge. The technicians obviously did not know what they were doing. They did not recharge correctly. Nor did they keep in touch with us. When we called to check to see if it was ready for pick up they informed us that they had changed some fuses in the car and added gas to the car but it would not start! Mavis in *********************** mall ***** I will never let them have my business again. 0 stars review for incompetent employees and price gouging customers! I purchased 4 tires online as I normally do and took them to Mavis as usual to install. They gave me an install price of ****** for all 4! Just 11 months earlier they charged me ***** for the same job so I complained. The service representative agreed to the lower price so I went into the mall to shop and wait for my car to be finished. Horrible experience here They will not stand behind their warranty and do shoddy work by grossly overcharging customers, still having same issues (they REFUSE to address and repair).And the list goes on with this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 2015 ****** was left in the care of Tire Kingdom in malabar road for days, and my service required 2 new tires. I called several times during the duration my vehicle was in the care of Tire kingdom. The day I dropped my vehicle off I called prior to confirm that they had my tires in stock and they agreed that they did. Very dishonest. I booked ahead online and it told me my total would be $70 I show up and they tell me it will be almost double that for an oil change. I even showed my confirmation email and they refused to honor it. Telling me they switch websites and that one isnt active but funnily enough they still got the reservation I made on that same site. These people are looking to make a quick buck on those who have already taken time out of their day to go there.

stopped in 3 weeks ago ago after scheduling on line to check alignmenttold that site used was off line and alignment equipment off line. Called back a couple days ago and scheduled itcalled back after 4 hrs to see how it was progressingplaced on hold x 10 minutes. Called back 4x and never was phone answeredfinally went there and asked to pick up my pickup truck. I have been coming here for many yearsthere is something way wrong at this facility----

I paid them to change my shocks, brake fluid, and coolant. None of this work was done. After a shock completely failed I returned to the dealer and found out they did nothing. I called and spoke to an employee named "Tim" who stated they were not responsible because I didn't bring the truck back to them. Excuse me for not trusting your shops grossly neglectful work.

AVIOD THIS SHOP.We took our SUV to Tire Kingdom in **********, ** today 7/31 to have two tires replaced, however the Technician on-site ended up stripping one of the lug nuts while working on the car. So, now the wheel can not come off!
