I took my wifes car in for a possible tire repair and the idiot there tried to tell me there was an Ohio law that said you cannot fix a tire that he has fix a flat in it. I checked with several other reliable sources, including another well-known tire shop that said that is a lie. Do not go to this place as they are trying to ***** you and force you into doing stuff that you dont want

We apologize that you were told something that was not true and appreciate you letting us know of the situation. That employee has since been coached. However, they were correct in recommending a new tire. To truly repair a tire, a patch and plug combo is necessary.Fix A Flat makes it very difficult to ensure a proper seal can be achieved and often causes the patch to fail in time.
We purchased a set of (4) new ******Tires from Hebron Tire Discounters on 7/21/23. Before we were even able to leave the Hebron Tire Discounters Parking Lot, The Front Passenger Tire had damage and the entire alignment of the van was damaged / incorrect.

Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone.cannot get tires rotated after spending over 6000.00 over 4 years. I will tell everyone to shop elsewhere.

I went in for new wheels while my vehicle was there i ask for an oil change . When driving to work the same day my check engine light and oil light had came on. I took my car straight back to tire discounters but it was too late to solve the problem they caused my brand new car with only 30,000 miles on it . The oil filter was not properly put on right so therefore I’m having to have a new engine put in to my brand new car . Something severely needs to be done about this !!!

Bought tires from this place in late December 2022, this was my second time purchasing from this business. Had a great first experience and second experience until late July 2023 when my car began to shake when driving at any rate of speed. I took my car into the store to see what was wrong with my car. Have used Tire Discounters West *******, **** several times over the last few decades. Took my flat tire there a few weeks ago with a nail in it in the repairable tread area. Since the tire that I had bought from them seven years ago was over five years old, they would not repair. I had to spend $235 for a new one. This week I got another nail in a different tire (same age as first tire). Went down the road to another tire store. No problem to repair as long as it's less than 10 years old. January. I spent $2100.00 on 4 struts snd springs, sway bars Right off, tire wss bending hitting the inner fender. Making sll kinds of racket, exhaust is banging on the trunk. I take it back. Worst people working there half the time.After a series of bad experiences I Went in for an inspection that my wife set up in person and was told to bring the car in at 2. I have used them for years. I have bought all my tires, all my vehicles oil change and brakes services. I had a appointment last Wednesday and they were over thirty minutes late starting. I didn’t say a word or get upset. I had a lot of things to do after the oil change. This Wednesday we got up to a flat tire, I call for someone to change my tire.
