High praise for Antonio Gil J***** at Newport, Kentucky location. Had a bolt in tire while traveling with an in-law and her grandson. We’re from out of town and anticipated long wait but Antonio had vehicle fixed within 30 minutes. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful. Thanks, Antonio!

Went to the Madison, TN location as my brakes were squealing. Had just had them serviced by another company that did a terrible job so I wanted them redone. The first technician told me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine. I talked to another and told her that I wanted the front pads redone so the squealing would stop. I was never given a price estimate. They were advertising pads and rotors for $269/axel so I figured just front pads would be about $200. After 3 hours of waiting, my vehicle was done. Worst customer service ever. I schedule an appointment for 8 AM on Monday morning. They tell me they have the tires in. I show up at 8 AM. Only one other client is in front of me, and I have an appointment they don’t from what I over hear. I went for a walk at about 9:10 I show back up and my jeep, with tires are still on the jeep. Granted it is on the lift. I was told that i would get a $100 rebate with a 4 tire purchase over $1000. Even though i made an appointment at 8:30 am, it took 4 hrs to complete mounting 4 tires on my vehicle. Then, when i went to check out, they said that my credit application was rejected, even though i have perfect credit with an 815 rating. The manager said that there was nothing he could do and that i wont get the rebate. i feel that i was scammed. I have been a lifelong customer.

I’ve been going to tire discounters in Northern Kentucky on Valley Plaza Parkway for about eight or nine years now. Recently every time I take the vehicle in, they make a mistake or don’t finish the job. The last two times I had to take the vehicle back for them to finish the work. E galbraith rd in Cincinnati general manager and service manager hitting weed pens and smoking cigarettes in the shop completely unprofessional refused to fix my tire and insisted I needed a new one when it was only a year old and the nail was in the center definitely won't be back

Bad service Middletown Ohio went in for an oil change they tried to charge me $35 more for taxes Shop fees because it was diesel sign said 129 they wanted 169

The shop used to be great. They've now lied to use, tried to take advantage of my wife, and broken parts on several vehicles of ours. Not only did they break parts, but tried to hide it, and won't take responsibility for items they have broken, leaving me to fix or pay myself. They still won't replace a tire that was bad from the beginning, claiming other parts needed to be replaced (wheel bearings, wheels etc).

Two tires and an alignment took 6 hours because the alignment was way off after the work was done. Had to be done a second time.
