Worst place to have your car worked on say they system was down and I couldn't pay my bill so I work out of town and have to wait and miss a day work and didn't fix my car on top of it

The COO is a bully with very limited understanding of the legal system and questionable morals/ethics. Mistakes are understood but how you chose to recover means more. The COO should be ashamed for self-imposing obstacles to receive cancer treatment due to negligence (car cannot be driven to treatment). I had a tire repair. I had a tire rotation. 3 years later, I had a blowout. While changing out the tire, the tire that blew, had the plug in it. Should have been moved when they rotated my tires. Therefore, they did NOT rotate my tires!

I purchased tires in November when I was told I would receive 2 $100 rebates. I was waiting for these rebates to come in the mail, they never came. So I went online and the TDC customer service told me that I had to fill information out. They were nice enough to send the info to me on 12/26. From there When I got home from my holiday with my family I filled it out and dropped it in the mail on 12/29. I had to have a tire replaced due to pothole damage. Had friends in from out of town and were leaving on a trip. Went to Thompson Rd location south Indianapolis and got service rep Drew M*******. He was AMAZING! He had me out the door in less than an hour!!!!! They were very busy, but his customer service efforts in trying to help me out were outstanding!!! Eric D*****, give him a raise!!! I was extremely disappointed in the service provided to me by Tire Discounters. I bought four new tires from this company and not only did they not install them correctly, after three separate attempts to get one of my tire pressure censors online they were unable to. They sent me to the dealership to have this issue resolved and saddled me with the entire bill when they deemed it to cost "too much". THEY PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRES ON MY CAR. I complained from the beginning that something was wrong and there was a noise and vibration. 2 yrs later and after them saying they found nothing wrong, I went somewhere else. The young man and I discussed the cost and I agreed to have the work done (only later to find out that they overcharged me for the tires). I had my ****** **********towed to Fred's because I had an overheating problem. It kept losing fluid. They said they had fixed it and charged me $881.00 for fixing it.
