I dropped my vehicle at Tire Discounters in Madison, AL for a flat tire fix, rotation, and alignment. My vehicle drove smoothly prior to dropping it off. I received a call that the pittman arm needed to be replaced in order to do the alignment. I said to skip the alignment and just fix the flat and rotate the tires. When I picked up my vehicle, it rode like the front two tires were square. Extremely poor experience with this company. I have a 2014 **** that was having issues skipping when shifting gears. I was assured the fix was replacing the double clutch system on the car and the store refused to release the car to me. I paid over $2,000 with a guarantee this was the fix. Once the repair was made the car was still skipping gears. I took the car back to Tire Discounters and was told the issues was the entire transmission and it would be another $5,700 to replace the entire transmission. This is unacceptable ... read more

Terrible experience. 2016 Cadillac Ats-v. They ruined 3 of my wheels. Then are trying to say they didn't do it. When I noticed it when I went to picked the car. Had the manager come outside and he said it was the 3 set that they messed up in the past week. Then I spoke to a district manager and he is saying there is no way they could of done this damage. Tire Discounters use to be credible. My most recent encounter was easily one of my worst experiences anywhere, and will not return. Did not align tires, because they said something was wrong with the bushings. Was told of this only after I had to probe with questions as to why I didn't get my print out about tire ware. The store manager told me that it wasn't really safe to drive and that the part would be ordered. I demand a full refund!!!???? I spent 193.00 on an alignment package aft having replaced my front struts. After paying and I was not given a before and after spec sheet showing the toe-in and camber measurements. All four tires were sitting at 4 different angles. Smh. I asked the service advisor why the wheels were not straight and she told me that the techs had dialed the specs in as best that could. ****** was bought by Tire Discounters recently. I have used ******for 20+ years and have loved their service and their honesty. No more. I took my car in to have why the Vehicle Stabilization Assist light remains on. I was asked to give an $800 deposit for “ordering parts”. I then had 3 people review their estimate and all agreed nothing had to do with the VSA light. I requested a refund and ******agreed to refund my $800. I called the store where I bought 4 brand new tires costing $768. The ad on the Internet says Receive a $50 rebate when you make a single invoice purchase of any 4 tires OR spend $499 or more with your Tire Discounters Credit card. I don’t have one of their credit cards nor will I ever. I spent $768 on four tires in a single transaction as their ad states, and they can’t, and won’t honor the rebate. I called corporate and they don’t care, so they don’t care about my future business. I won’t be going back!!!!!!

Took my wife's van to get two new tires - the spare tire was on the front.......replaced with two new tires and just thru the spare tire in the back of the van......Like **** I called and asked why and they said something must have broke!!! I said yes you are right.....your customer service!!! I put the spare back to where it needed to be.......Never will I use them again!!! Louisville, KY Preston Highway Shop GET BETTER!!!
