I went to the Huber location and loved their service so much I bought 4 brand new tires. I went to beavercreek today to get my oil changed, decided to get just my tires rotated only. Natalie greets me at the counter, I sign a paper and she takes my keys. She calls me up to the desk 36 minutes later to tell me she broke something on my van and it’s my responsibility to fix it because when stuff swells they have to tighten and un tighten it to get it off. They left a crack in my windshield and didn’t care to do anything about it . Mangers were very rude and had no explanation for the crack . Then proceeded to give me a corporate number that doesn’t work all you get is an answering machine .

The manager was not helpful at all in explaining or resolving why they were telling me I needed 2 more new tires. I had purchased new tires (4) 3 years ago. Had my tires rotated regularly. Purchase 3 new tires in the following 2 years. 1 replaced a damaged tire and the other 2 were their recommendation. Had the alignment and balancing done by this establishment only. DO NOT GO TO TIRE DISCOUNTERS! I have used another company for years, and decided to give Tire Discounters a try this time because they had a good deal on a set of tires, but quickly realized that there are ridiculous hidden fees, and they don't really stand behind their warranty. When you purchase the "Worry Free Guarantee" extended warranty for your tires, you pay 15% of the cost of the tire to cover you for 3 years of any issues. Unbelievable AVOID, this place *****!! Location 7345 E 96th St, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Today is November 21 2022, 10:30AM, the ratings should have a zero star rating as well. I would give it ZERO if I was able!! The store manager at the Maineville, Ohio location saw me coming a mile away! I went in for low tire pressure, it was due to a crack in my rim. When he took me back to show me the crack his only solution was to price me out new rims, rims he had sitting in the showroom floor. It was the end of the month so I am sure he was seeing that bonus $$ for the sale as well as being tired of having to inventory them. If I could give zero stars I would. I called looking to see if I could have tire put on my car at the Tire Discounters in Troy, Ohio. I got lucky and was told that their one o’clock appointment cancelled and they could do it then. I asked how long it would take because I had to pick my child up from school. I was told it would only take two hours max. Awesome, i though. I arrived at 12:50 PM and got checked in. It was wrote on my work order that I would be waiting.
