Terrible services needed a replacement tire manager took down my information and said I wound receive a call when the tire arrive the next day , waited two days they never call, they never intended to help me maybe because on my nationality.

Worst tire repair experience ever! Horrible customer service and bad management. Stay away unless you enjoy get ripped off and having your time wasted!

I bought a tire last Saturday 6/18/2022. By Monday 6/20/2022 my tire was flat in my driveway. I bought the tire and parked it for the weekend. When I called I was told to do whatever it took to get it car there without driving on it flat. They were very confident that it was a valve stem. First red flag, you guys specialize in tires, and therefore should have checked the valve stem when you put my tire on. Its been 6 days since I was told that someone from the corporate office will make contacts with me to resolve my issue. Im yet to hear from them. This company has no respect for its customers. The managers at the store are polite but they have been advised not to engage me due to liability issues.I had an oil change on 6/11/22 with plans to travel the next day. 70 miles into my journey on the interstate, my car stalled and I move it to the side. No tire shop I have ever been to sinks to the level of these losers. From the installers, to the front desk people all the way up to the district manager. I brought my 2022 vehicle in to fix a flat tire because I was on the way to vacation. Not only did they not fix the tire properly but they broke the inflation sensor inside, shattering it into a half dozen pieces. The Manager Seth needs more training in customer service. I had many many issues that came with the purchase of my tires and rims. After one tire blew out at 1200 miles for no other explanation except it can happen, had i known it was my back right tire instead of the back left which is what my twps sensor told me, potentially the blow out could have been prevented, causing me to not be late for work at 5:15 and sitting on the side of the highway unsafe because tire discounters programmed them wrong. This was the worst experience i ever had! I bought 4 new tires and when I left there was a brand new sound happening. I brought it back immediately and they said it sounded like my rotors needed to be replaced. I went and got another opinion. The 2nd opinion told me I had fairly new rotors already on the back of my car and they probably messed up my bearing and rotors banging off my old tires! I went back to tire discounters and they swear that its coincidence! Worthless!

Debatably the worst customer service structure that I have ever come across and my job is literally analyzing business structure. How is it feasible to have the customer contact customer service and then wait 1-3 DAYS for someone to address your issue?? No wonder the employees act the way they do, they know the likelihood of an issue being resolved is very low.
