I purchased and had installed new tires and a leveling kit on my truck. After having my truck all day, the service manager called me roughly 30 mins before closing saying the passenger side outer tire rod end needed replaced. Without question I agreed to the work and paid nearly $2500 total for it all. Fast forward 3 months and after making a right hand turn and accelerating, I hear a weird noise from my front passenger side. I went in for a simple tire rotation that was free with tires I purchased on a Friday morning. I then took my vehicle (Dodge Ram 1500 4wd) on a 700mile road trip. I had previously had my brakes/rotors changed about ****** miles earlier and had no bad indications. Upon returning from my destination I noticed a grinding from my front brakes. I made an appointment with the Tire Discounters in Hermitage, ** a week ago. Appointment was for 11:30 am 7/30/21. I arrived at 11:15AM per the ad on the website: Make an appointment and avoid the wait. At 1:06 pm I asked the front desk do you know when they will be taking the car back to change the oil and do the tire rotation. I bought the lifetime tire rotate and balance agreement from Tire Discounters after I bought my new HD truck. I saw the Eastgate location and it looked nice from the outside. I took my HD truck first thing in the morning when they opened, which was recommended when I called and talked to a representative the day before. *** was the one who wrote up the ticket. The moron's cost $2000 in damage to my truck they should not be allowed to do any suspension work whatsoever because when they aligned it in 2017 tseventeen they did not tighten the upper control arms or control arms to specs and they came loose causing my wheel hub to go bad add and make the tire come off of my truck and hit another vehicle They keep giving excuses as to why they're not to blame when they were the last ones to touch it This could have caused someone to die and they refuse to take responsibility and make res... read more

I went to the Tire Discounters on Nolensville Pike in Brentwood, TN to have a nail removed and get my tire patched. I purchased these tires from Tire Discounters. They told me they could not fix it so I ordered four new tires. When they put them on they bent one of the rims and sent me out the door with a tire that was rapidly losing air. The manager promised to make it right. Their corporate office denied the claim and tried to blame me for something that they very obviously caused. They put my Husband's key to his car in someone elses car after having a tire replaced, which resulted in my Husband being without a vehicle to get home and without a vehicle to the work the next day. It took over 24hrs for us to receive the key back after they finally found the vehicle they placed the key in. They acted like it was not a problem that his key was placed in another person's vehicle, that he was without a way home, and no car to get to work the next day.
